📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Manage a team of accountants and provide guidance and support.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s growth.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Monitor budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure financial targets are met.
• Train and develop the accounting team to enhance their skills and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and financial management.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Certification in financial management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and financial regulations.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
