📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the implementation of national health programs and ensure their effective delivery to the Bangka Belitung community.
• Develop and execute comprehensive health plans in collaboration with stakeholders, including government agencies, healthcare providers, and community leaders.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of health programs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes to enhance the quality of healthcare services.
• Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the achievement of organizational goals.
• Represent the Ministry of Health in Bangka Belitung, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and advocating for the region's healthcare needs.
• Ensure compliance with national and international health regulations and standards, promoting best practices in healthcare delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Medicine, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in healthcare administration and management, with a proven track record of leading large-scale health programs.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective health policies and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in using healthcare management software and tools, such as EMR (Electronic Medical Record) systems, data analytics platforms, and project management software.
• Certification in healthcare management or a related field is a plus.
• Familiarity with the healthcare system in Indonesia and a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in Bangka Belitung.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
