• Provide detailed information about Honda vehicles, features, and services to help customers make informed decisions.
• Assist in the sales process by guiding customers through the purchasing journey, from test drives to final negotiations.
• Collaborate with the sales team to promote special offers, discounts, and promotions, driving customer engagement and sales.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of Honda products, services, and market trends.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
• Support the dealership's marketing efforts by participating in events, road shows, and promotional activities.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining a high standard of service and professionalism.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
• Proven track record of excellent customer service skills and sales acumen.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
• Familiarity with Honda vehicles and automotive industry trends is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
