📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the daycare center.
• Develop and implement educational programs and activities for children aged 6 months to 12 years.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and maintain accurate records.
• Foster a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes children's growth and development.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to maintain open lines of communication.
• Manage and mentor a team of educators and staff.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the center.
• Participate in professional development activities and stay updated with the latest trends in childcare and education.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in childcare center management or a similar role.
• Certification in Early Childhood Education (e.g., CPR/First Aid, Child Development, or similar).
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of child development theories and practices.
• Familiarity with using childcare management software (e.g., Taman Kanak-kanak, DayCare, or similar).
