Oversee daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Implement and maintain sales and marketing strategies to drive customer traffic and increase sales.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.,Lead and participate in training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Maintain a clean, safe, and well-stocked store, adhering to food safety and quality standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in the foodservice industry, preferably in a high-volume restaurant setting.,Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food safety, labor laws, and inventory management.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with POS systems and sales tracking software.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
