📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement corporate strategies that drive business growth and operational efficiency.
• Oversee corporate affairs, including stakeholder management, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.
• Lead and coordinate modular operations, ensuring seamless integration and optimization of business processes.
• Analyze market trends and industry developments to inform strategic decision-making.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, industry partners, and investors.
• Monitor and report on corporate performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Corporate Strategy, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate affairs and strategic planning, with a focus on modular operations.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder management.
• Proficient in using strategic planning tools and software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience in the tourism or hospitality industry is a plus.
