📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement investment promotion strategies to attract both local and international investors.
• Foster partnerships with government agencies, business associations, and community stakeholders to create a supportive investment environment.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities and trends.
• Coordinate with the provincial government to ensure compliance with investment regulations and policies.
• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the investment agency, including budgeting, reporting, and resource allocation.
• Represent the province at national and international investment forums and conferences.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the investment agency, providing regular reports to senior management.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in the investment industry and apply best practices to enhance the agency’s performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in investment promotion, business development, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of investment regulations, policies, and procedures in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with investment promotion software and tools, such as CRM systems and market research platforms.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
