📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Operate self-service laundry machines and assist customers with laundry processes.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service.
- Ensure all machines are clean, well-maintained, and ready for use.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Follow company policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Familiarity with self-service laundry equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, flexible environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of Indonesian language.
- Ability to lift and move laundry items weighing up to 20 kg.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
