📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise store operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and sales performance.,Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and sales.,Train and motivate staff to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.,Analyze sales data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote store events and special offers.,Provide regular reports to the regional manager on store performance and customer feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing store operations and driving sales.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail industry and market trends.
