📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage a team of staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the store and attract customers.,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a steady supply of high-quality furniture.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular inventory checks to prevent stockouts and overstocks.,Organize and manage store events and promotions to drive sales.,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury furniture industry.,Proficient in Mandarin language, both spoken and written.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Knowledge of retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Understanding of marketing and sales strategies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
