Build and maintain strong relationships with premium and international clients.,Develop and implement customer retention strategies to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to address client needs and concerns.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and products to clients.,Monitor client feedback and implement improvements to enhance the client experience.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to the team.,Represent the company at client meetings and events as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in customer relations, sales, or a similar role in a professional setting.,Proven track record of managing and nurturing premium and international clients.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of CRM software and other relevant tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
