Fresh Local Lestari is looking for a dedicated Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our store in Bojonegoro. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the store, managing staff, and driving sales. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage the store from anywhere while maintaining close communication with the team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring it runs efficiently and effectively.,Manage and train store staff, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure that stock is replenished in a timely manner.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.,Conduct regular stock checks and ensure that all products are displayed correctly.,Work closely with the supply chain team to ensure that orders are received and processed on time.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and staff.,Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and the ability to manage online sales channels.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
