📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screen and evaluate resumes to identify the most suitable candidates for the open positions.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to determine the best fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.,Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Stay updated with the latest recruitment trends and best practices.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall recruitment strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.,Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.,Understanding of labor laws and regulations is a plus.
