Direct Plus Mandiri is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Tax Officer to join our team in Cilandak. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of tax professionals, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations, and providing strategic tax advice to support the company's financial objectives. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of tax professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.,Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations, and develop and implement tax strategies to minimize the company's tax liability.,Conduct tax audits and reviews, and prepare and file all necessary tax returns and supporting documentation.,Provide strategic tax advice to senior management, and collaborate with other departments to support the company's financial objectives.,Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and provide training and education to the team on new developments.,Monitor and analyze tax-related risks, and develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate those risks.,Prepare and present tax-related reports and analyses to senior management and other stakeholders.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all tax-related activities and transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in tax accounting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations, including VAT, income tax, and corporate tax.,Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and other stakeholders.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Experience with tax software and systems, such as SAP or Oracle, is a plus.
