📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the distribution team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.,Develop and implement distribution strategies to optimize routes and reduce delivery times.,Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure adequate stock levels.,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth operations.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Participate in training and development programs for the distribution team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the logistics or distribution industry.,Proven experience in managing and leading a distribution team.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.,Familiarity with the local area and excellent route planning skills.
