PULSE Lestari is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Bookkeeper to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing financial analysis to support business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and bookkeeping, with excellent organizational and analytical skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders, including management and external auditors.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions and strategic planning.,Oversee the work of junior bookkeepers and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Manage bank reconciliations and ensure accurate bank statements.,Prepare and process payroll for employees, including taxes and deductions.,Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to support financial planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting, with a strong background in financial reporting.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of GAAP and Indonesian accounting standards.,Excellent organizational and analytical skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
