📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes,Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure food safety and quality standards,Prepare and maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace,Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen,Assist in the preparation of daily and special menus,Maintain accurate records of inventory and food usage,Assist in the training and development of new kitchen staff,Contribute to a positive and productive team environment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Demi Chef or similar role,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisines,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment,Strong attention to detail and quality standards,Good communication and teamwork skills,Ability to follow health and safety regulations,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques,Basic knowledge of inventory management and record-keeping
