📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job interviews and selecting the best candidates for our team.,Managing employee records and ensuring compliance with labor laws.,Facilitating employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Organizing team-building activities and events to foster a positive work environment.,Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Handling employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring a harmonious workplace.,Conducting performance appraisals and providing feedback to employees.,Maintaining a positive and professional image of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Familiarity with HR software and tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
