📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement safety programs and procedures for chemical handling and dangerous goods.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Provide training and education to employees on safety protocols and emergency procedures.
• Investigate accidents and incidents to prevent future occurrences and improve safety measures.
• Monitor and report on environmental performance and compliance with regulations.
• Ensure compliance with national and international environmental standards.
• Work closely with the management team to develop and implement HSE policies and procedures.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices in health, safety, and environmental management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE, with a focus on chemical safety and dangerous goods handling.
• Certification in chemical safety, such as the Global Harmonized System (GHS) or the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) certification.
• Certification in fire safety, such as the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) certification.
• Strong knowledge of national and international regulations, including those set by the Ministry of Environment and Forestry and the Occupational Safety and Health Agency (BK3).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
