📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and management of the company's vehicle fleet.,Monitor and maintain vehicle schedules, ensuring timely and efficient operations.,Oversee vehicle maintenance and repairs, coordinating with service providers as needed.,Manage vehicle documentation, including insurance, registration, and service records.,Assist in the procurement and ordering of vehicle-related supplies and services.,Support the Fleet Coordinator in developing and implementing fleet management policies and procedures.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.,Provide administrative support to the Fleet Coordinator, including data entry and report generation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
