📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR team in the administration of employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with the HR team to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Provide administrative support to the HR team, including organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.,Support the HR team in the development and implementation of training programs for employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
