📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective promotional strategies to increase sales and market share.,Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Create promotional materials such as flyers, banners, and social media posts.,Organize and participate in sales promotions, trade shows, and events.,Monitor and report on sales performance and promotional activities.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to achieve company goals.,Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales promotions or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and increasing market share.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.,Understanding of the local market and consumer behavior in Balikpapan.,Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
