Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.,Manage and motivate a team of staff to achieve operational goals and maintain high standards of food and beverage service.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales and operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain food safety standards.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services and customer experiences.,Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships and promote the brand.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, customers, and vendors.,Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.,Knowledge of food and beverage service, including menu development and cost control.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.,Proven ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business performance.
