Nanyang Technological University is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Executive, Academic to lead and manage our Graduate Programmes. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of academic programmes, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning, and fostering a vibrant academic community.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the development, implementation, and evaluation of graduate academic programmes.,Oversee curriculum design, course development, and academic planning to ensure alignment with institutional goals and industry standards.,Manage and mentor academic staff, providing guidance and support for professional development.,Foster a collaborative and inclusive academic environment that encourages innovation and excellence.,Develop and implement strategies to enhance student engagement, learning outcomes, and academic success.,Collaborate with various stakeholders, including faculty, students, and industry partners, to drive academic excellence.,Monitor and evaluate academic performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.,Represent the university at academic conferences, workshops, and other professional events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Master's degree or higher in a relevant field, preferably in education, academic administration, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in academic administration, programme management, or a similar role in higher education.,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing academic programmes.,Strong understanding of academic standards, curriculum development, and quality assurance processes.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and manage multiple priorities effectively.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience in a multicultural or international setting is a plus.
