📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.,Document patient information accurately and maintain patient records.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Ensure a safe and clean environment by following infection control protocols.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.,Assist in the preparation and organization of medical supplies and equipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting.,Valid nursing license and certification.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in Indonesian language.,Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.,Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
