📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize B2B and B2C marketplace platforms using Shopify and Magento.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to streamline processes and improve performance.
• Monitor and analyze marketplace performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance user experience and drive engagement.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for marketplace issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketplace administration or a similar role.
• Proven experience with Shopify and Magento.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and technologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in E-commerce or Project Management is a plus.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
