As a Lead Internal Auditor, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the internal audit team, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations, and identifying areas for improvement. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and lead the internal audit team, ensuring effective planning and execution of audit projects.,Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls, processes, and procedures.,Identify risks and areas for improvement, and develop recommendations for corrective actions.,Prepare and present audit reports to management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.,Collaborate with various departments to gather information and evidence for audits.,Provide training and guidance to junior auditors to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of the internal audit team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CISA, or equivalent) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, internal controls, and risk management.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Proficient in using audit software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong leadership and management skills.
