📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Leading and managing the DevOps team, ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of IT infrastructure and services.
• Designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery.
• Ensuring high availability and performance of our systems by implementing monitoring, alerting, and incident response procedures.
• Collaborating with development teams to ensure that applications are designed and built with DevOps principles in mind.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the DevOps field, and driving innovation within the team.
• Providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Participating in project planning and estimation activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps roles, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
