📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food and beverage service.
  • Manage and train restaurant staff, ensuring high standards of customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to management.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian and English languages is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
