• Develop and implement compensation strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Manage payroll processes using Payroll System, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Analyze compensation data to inform strategic decisions and improve employee satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
• Collaborate with the HR team and other departments to address employee compensation and benefits concerns.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in compensation and benefits management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits with a focus on payroll and benefits administration.
• Proficient in using Payroll System and other HR software tools.
• Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and present compensation data.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with employees and departments.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Certification in Compensation & Benefits (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
