📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Sales Team in managing customer inquiries and orders.,Update and maintain customer records and sales databases.,Support the development and implementation of sales strategies and promotional activities.,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints.,Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace.,Perform other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with sales software and databases is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.
