Sentral Maya Fried Chicken is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Probolinggo. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about the food service industry and wants to develop their leadership skills. You will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring high-quality service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in managing daily operations, including inventory control, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Train and supervise store staff to ensure they meet performance standards and company policies.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve profitability.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Assist in preparing and presenting weekly, monthly, and annual reports to the Store Manager and management.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a similar role in the food service industry is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of inventory management and point-of-sale systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
